It's hard to believe that we graduated from Reagan in 1968! We would like to begin the planning process for our 50th Reunion now even though our gathering would be held in 2018 (except for Question #6 - Suggestion #4; which would be held in December 2017). To start, we'd like to hear from you about how you'd like to celebrate this 50-year mark. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Also, if you're interested in helping with the reunion in any way at all, please let us know---the more, the merrier. Lastly, we're gonna try our very best to find and get the word to every single classmate; so if you can help us encourage classmates to join the website, or if you can help us find missing classmates, please charge forward on those things, too. Suggestion #1: We have an evening gathering at a hotel ballroom, with dinner & music & mingling time. Advantage would be that folks could elect to stay at the hotel (or others nearby); disadvantage would be probably higher cost. What do you think of this?

Suggestion #2: We have an evening gathering at a restaurant, with dinner & mingling. We could have a private area with a buffet and an emphasis on visiting with each other.

Suggestion #3: We have an evening aboard the Riverboat Commodore on Lake Austin. (Note: The Class of 1967 is doing this--cruise is 2.5 hours, with fajita dinner, chips/salsa, dessert & complimentary soft drinks, water & iced tea, cash bar available, & DJ playing music. Cost is $75/person.)

Suggestion #4: Our senior year's football State Championship game took place on December 16, 1967. We could gather on the afternoon of Saturday, December 16, 2017--exactly 50 years later--and watch highlights from that game as we mingle, eat & drink, and celebrate our Reunion. Gathering might take place at Scholz Garten or some other casual venue.

Suggestion #5: We have a casual dinner gathering at a restaurant following the Pat Pennington Memorial Golf Tournament (Friday, June 15, 2018). Classmates who wish could play in the golf tournament (which usually concludes by 3:00pm) and then we all get together for dinner that evening.

Suggestion #6: We schedule an evening gathering either the night before or the night after the Reagan homecoming football game (usually in October). Gathering could be either at a restaurant or at a hotel ballroom (see above Suggestion #1 and Suggestion #2). (Note: This idea would spread our reunion events over 2 days & nights.)
